The effect of scavengers on taphonomy is of particular interest to me. The more we understand about the processes by which human remains are disturbed, the better we can interpret the circumstances of death. This article by Indra et al., 2022, "[highlights] vertebrate scavengers in Europe that are of forensic relevance, including their typical behaviour and their inflicted lesions on bones and soft tissues." I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
